Why spreadsheets fall short for specialists
A spreadsheet is a fine place to jot down a couple of clients. But once there are dozens, the cracks show:
- No auto-calculations. Life Path number, Name number, personal year — you calculate them by hand and risk a slip in the very number your whole reading depends on.
- No client report. A spreadsheet won't turn into a polished PDF you'd be proud to send. You format the result by hand in a separate document.
- No booking or reminders. Consultation dates live in your head or in a separate calendar that isn't linked to the client's record.
- It breaks as you grow. One accidental sort and your data is scrambled. A client's history never comes together in one place.
